Totem pole
This totem pole was preserved thank goodness when the woodyard in which it stood was razed and replaced with a block of flats. This is a view from the canal towpath. Berkhamsted railway station platform roofs are visible behind.

Berkhamsted Collegiate School: The Chapel
The playwright and novelist Graham Greene was baptized in the chapel in November 1904. His father was then the Second Master, and later became the Headmaster, of Berkhamsted School, which merged with Berkhamsted School for Girls in 1997 to form the Collegiate College. This is the Castle Street façade.
