The new Tattoo Parlour in Western Road, Tring
Tring is well provided with some kinds of shops - estate agents abound - there is a choice of take away stores - and places where you can take a break from shopping and have a cup of coffee and a cake - or perhaps a full meal. However there is nowhere where you can buy men's clothing or furniture. Perhaps this shop will prove to be the answer. Why buy a suit, or shirt or trousers when you can have one permanently tattooed in place!

A Horse and Trap in Western Road, Tring
Not such a common sight in the 21st century - but it would have been an everyday occurrence in Tring a hundred years ago.
Fifty years ago the building in the background, on the corner of Queen Street, was the home and surgery of Dr Newton. The lone doctor, who has his surgery in his own house, is also a thing of the past.
