A crowd of cyclists in Brook Street, Tring
It would seem that there was some kind of event going on, as perhaps 50 passed by over a period of half an hour. Streamside Walk, Tring
Streamside Walk runs parallel to Brook Street and forms a green link between Tring town centre and the New Mill area. Footbridges are provided across the brook which acts as a feeder to the Wendover arm of the Grand Union Canal.

Massey House, Brook Street, Tring
Massey House is named after Tring's poet, Gerald Massey (1828-1907) - http://Gerald-Massey.org.uk - who as an eight-year old child was put to work at the Tring's Silk Mill, which is also in Brook Street.

Between the Silk Mill and New Mill a strip of land, between Brook Street and the Silk Mill Housing estate (built in the 1970s) has been retained as open space, with trees and a stream.
