Georgian house in South Street, Wendover
A tall house, and rather a handsome one. The detailing is kept quite simple - red brick 'dressings' round windows and doorway, but otherwise the façade is of local 'blue' brick, laid in header bond (all bricks laid end-on). The colours are almost those of the typical Chiltern cottage, where red-brick detailing round windows and doors contrasts with flint-faced walls. The building currently houses a Montessori day nursery.
