Land ready for new housing development
See Michael Trolove's picture from late 2012 http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3276714 when the roads were still being constructed. There seems to be a lot of standing water on this site and it is clearly in the flood plain of the river.

Track to Berryfields
According to the map the buildings that lie at the end of this track are Berryfields Lodge and Berryfields House - however a sign on the fence says that it is Berryfields Farm - which according to the map lies some distance away on the other side of the road.
