War Memorial Gateway , Stone
The War Memorial Recreation Ground in Stone , Buckinghamshire has this impressive gateway as the village war memorial. The plaques on the pillars contain lists of the dead in two world wars. 1914 -18 on the light grey panels and 1939-45 on the dark grey.
