Church cottages, Ellesborough
These charming cottages are next to Image] in the village of Ellesborough. This is an almost identical shot to Image], but the low November sunshine makes them glow rather more warmly.

SS Peter & Paul, Ellesborough
Taken on a beautiful crisp November morning, this fine old church stands on a hill in the village of Ellesborough. I think I'm right in saying that this church has sometimes been frequented by Prime Ministers when staying at nearby Chequers.

Ellesborough Church Doors
Entrance to Ellesborough Church. A nice combination of flint and stone with two small saints statues above the arch. Unfortunately neither carry names but I presume they are of St Peter and St Paul.

The Tower of Ellesborough Church seen from the gates to the churchyard. Amusingly, a stile has been provided as well though the gates are not locked.

Ellesborough Church sits on top of a mound with views over Aylesbury Vale.
It is a flint faced building dating from the 15th century.
