High Wycombe: Chiltern Main Line
This is the view from the pedestrian footbridge on the west side of the A404 Amersham Hill/Crendon Street road bridge. At its running peak there used to be four lines through here enabling fast through trains to overtake slower ones stopping at Image The retaining wall on the right is said to be the highest in Europe.
