Edwardian villa, Follifoot
This sandstone built house is dated 1906, but would appear to have escaped from nearby Harrogate where villas of a similar style are common enough.

According to the OS benchmark database there is a benchmark cut into the east face of the school, on the right of the gable end. School holidays and the gates are locked. It is unknown if the cutmark survives.
