Former canal warehouse, Brighouse
On the Calder and Hebble Navigation. Now a restaurant. Not listed. The navigation reached Brighouse in 1764 and this building could date from then.

Jeremy's at the Boathouse
This restaurant is in part of a former boat repair workshop next to the canal marina. The building is being redeveloped for multiple use, and an extension is being constructed on the left side. People were inside enjoying a Christmas Day meal as we passed by.
Their website has an interesting local history page, so I have included the following link:

Brighouse, Calder and Hebble Navigation
This is above the top lock and looking east. Behind the boat is a commodious basin, and a Sainsbury's supermarket adjoins, so it is a convenient place to take on supplies. Also the ancient town of Brighouse has much to commend it and is well worth a visit. There are also plenty of good public houses, almost all serving cask ales.
