I associate this chain with town centres, but here is one on a main road in the suburbs. I have put it in Quarmby rather than Lindley because the old township division boundary runs behind the building.

Houses, New Hey Road A640, Oakes, Quarmby
Different ways of lighting bedrooms on the second floor; a big old house with a room in a gable, and next to it a gabled dormer window echoed in the modern house to the right. To the left a modern flat-roofed dormer window on a stone-built terrace house, and at the right edge of the view a velux window which gives light but no extra headroom.
