Stanmore: Regent House
Tucked away amongst all the anonymous shops and offices in Stanmore, and now partially hidden from the street by vegetation, is this little architectural gem, on Church Road. Originally a house and possibly with parts dating from around 1680 the frontage is Georgian, dating from about a hundred years later. It is a Grade II Listed Building, now in use as offices.

340 bus stopped on Stanmore Broadway
The AA offices and shop used to be here, and were vacated around the late 1980s lying derelict for many years before being demolished for this development.
