This is a fairly common wording particularly on grassed areas such as this is on, but a very rare example of a pre-Worboys relic, complete with pressed letters.

Modern houses, Stanmore
These sort of houses were built extensively in the roads off Uxbridge Road throughout the 60s and the 70s and is one of the best areas in London to see a selection of them.
