House on corner of Belmont Lane and Old Church Lane
Older than the houses to the south of this point, and an indicator, together with a change of road name, that the development northwards was from an earlier era. These houses did not appear until the LNWR branch to Stanmore was opened in 1890.

Stanburn Primary School
On Abercorn Road. A sign says 'Site of restored blast shelter'. A WWII structure acting as a museum for visits from other schools. Apparently distinguished from an air raid shelter (which the school also had) by being fully above ground.
