Bins and Lighthouse
There are already a couple of Geographs taken from the train featuring this strange structure and wondering what it's about. I've just cycled past it and I'm none the wiser. It seems to be part of a store.
If it is functional then I guess it's a beacon for nearby Northolt Airport.
