Departing Kenton
A Bakerloo Line train with car 3532 leading departs Kenton on route to Harrow & Wealdstone where it will terminate. The bridge in the distance carries the A4006 Kenton Road. The Arch of Wembley Stadium is just visible in the haze.

Kenton: The 'Traveller's Rest'
Large and popular public house on Kenton Road, just opposite the station. Rump steak and chips is advertised at a very moderate price - also a slimmers' club meets there! The former name of this house was just the 'Rest'.
