Memorial to Andrew Bonar Law
The monument is set beside the north-eastern boundary wall. In the inscription, the most familiar name is that of "Andrew Bonar Law, born 16th September 1858, died 30th October 1923, sometime Prime Minister of Great Britain. His ashes lie in Westminster Abbey". Andrew Bonar Law was Prime Minister during parts of 1922 and 1923; his tenure was cut short by illness. He was a relative of the Kidston family (see the left panel of the monument). The Kidstons of Ferniegair have their own memorial not far from this one (see Image); on that family, see Image This monument to Andrew Bonar Law is one of the memorials that are specifically mentioned in the cemetery's listing text (see the end-note for a link).

A war grave
One of the 41 Commonwealth War Graves within the cemetery. IN LOVING MEMORY OF GEORGE MAXWELL VEREKER BIDIE (LIEUT. 1ST ROYAL SCOTS & FLYING CORPS) DEARLY LOVED SON OF MARGARET & GEORGE BIDIE (LT. COLONEL I.M.S.) AND DEVOTED HUSBAND OF MAREA BRADBURY HOGGAN WHO GAVE HIS LIFE FOR HIS COUNTRY ON 8TH JULY 1916 AGED 22 YEARS & 9 MONTHS On the shaft of the cross is the later ALSO IN LOVING MEMORY OF HIS MOTHER WHO DIED IN ITALY ON 15TH APRIL 1930
