This Postbox was on the pavement outside the Well Pharmacy on Dalvait Rd, Balloch. It was removed (2020) after the Post Office was moved from Dalvait Rd to the Co-op Store, Carrochan Rd, Balloch.

Balloch House hotel and restaurant
Beautifully-located hotel, right on the banks of Loch Lomond. The beer garden is also beautiful, when the weather is better than it was at the time of this photo being taken.

Beechwood, Balloch Road, Balloch
This cottage is adjacent to the Balloch Bus Stance. Up until the late 1990s it was used by the Royal Bank of Scotland, opening mornings only. For many years, in front of the bay window, there has been a stone blade-sharpener, mounted on its wooden trestle.

Henry Lynn Memorial - Balloch, Loch Lomond
Henry Lynn spent most of his working life on boats on the River Leven and Loch Lomond. From the mid 1850's he worked on a steam launch that towed barges and scows on the Leven and Loch. In the 1880's he set up in business as a boat hirer, taking passengers for a trip on his steam launch. Henry Lynn Memorial Fountain
The memorial had recently been set up here at Moss o' Balloch after having long been in storage.
