Entrance to the Water Works, Barrhead
One of a couple of entrances into the former water works (sewage works) site at Barrhead, now a site for Grow Wild Scotland.

Barrhead Water Works
The derelict sewage works beside Barrhead was transformed in 2013 into a flagship project for Grow Wild Scotland. It is now a community-friendly wild flower space. Although looking a bit bare in this photograph, in a few weeks time it will be full of colour. Recently planted trees
A large part of the grassy area has been planted with trees, as part of the Grow Wild Project.
