Disused dry dock, Kirkintilloch
This not very old covered repair dock once used by the Seagull Trust has been superseded by an almost similar - but new - facility 200m west. One has to wonder what was wrong with this one. See www.stcruises-kirkintilloch.org.uk/html/location.html

K6 telephone kiosk
This telephone kiosk on Townhead, Kirkintilloch seems to have only been in this position for the last three or four years, and doesn't appear to be operational as a phone box. All the glazing has been removed and the box is in the process of being repainted. Manufacture of the ‘K6’ type telephone kiosks was begun at the Lion Foundry, in Kirkintilloch, during the mid-1930s.
