The retail unit in Anniesland, Glasgow that was formerly a Currys electrical store is being redeveloped into a 24 hour gym. The retail unit is located within Anniesland retail park on Crow Road North in the west end of Glasgow. In the background is Anniesland Court, a 24 storey residential building. It's construction was completed in 1968 and it is the tallest listed building in Scotland.

Temple Anniesland Parish Church

A low office block with taller residential block above placed close to a significant suburban road and rail intersection and completely out of scale with its surroundings. It is Scotland's tallest listed building http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB43034
Post war plans for Glasgow would have seen similar tall blocks along much of Great Western Road.

Anniesland Railway Station
A suburban station in the west end of Glasgow. The terminal platform on the right is for trains on the recently re-opened line to Queen Street via Kelvindale. The electrified through platforms are for services from the north west of the city to Queen Street and Glasgow Central low level stations.
