Happy Dayz Amusement Centre, Promenade, Blackpool
The building may be called Northmount; it's at the corner of Chapel Street. There is every catchpenny at street level; there seem to be holiday flats above, entrance to the left of Bierkeller. At the left edge of the photo is Madame Tussauds Blackpool. In the foreground is the Central Pier tram stop.

For once, it was a fine, warm day so the Beach was swarming - see Image Bottom left is the roof of the Central Station (closed 2/11/64); on right centre, the Central Pier, far right South Pier.

Bonny Street Police Station
The Police HQ on Bonny Street was built in 1976. It will shortly close when the HQ of the Western Division of the Lancashire Constabulary moves to a new building at Marton. A new public enquiry desk will be sited at the council's Municipal Buildings.
