The building may be called Northmount; it's at the corner of Chapel Street. There is every catchpenny at street level; there seem to be holiday flats above, entrance to the left of Bierkeller. At the left edge of the photo is Madame Tussauds Blackpool. In the foreground is the Central Pier tram stop.
