Farm building, Rockbeare House
The brick wall of a "large barn or milking parlour" that forms the eastern side of a courtyard of farm buildings dating from about 1820 http://list.english-heritage.org.uk/resultsingle.aspx?uid=1203826&searchtype=mapsearch . In fact, only the nearest 10 metres are in square; the remainder lies in Image, including the "full height round-headed archway with limestone imposts and keystone". This is on the truncated Rag Lane which used to go to Westcott but is now cut off by the A30.

Entrance to Rockbeare Manor
There is an even more impressive gateway (in an adjoining square - http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/143956 ) to this Palladian / Regency house. Both are listed; this is dated as "circ 1820" http://list.english-heritage.org.uk/resultsingle.aspx?uid=1141387&searchtype=mapsearch . View looking west up the drive.

Rockbeare House
Seen from the air, about 1.8km from landing at Exeter Airport. A 'perfect Regency house--straight out of Jane Austen'. The original house was built c. 1760-70 and owned by Sir John Duntze, a wealthy Exeter woollen merchant and banker.
