Wisteria arch in the Pleasure Ground, St Thomas, Exeter
This long arch is at its best in May when the highly fragrant mauve flowers tumble down the side and in the arch. But it's still fun to walk through at any time of the year. The Pleasure Gardens are relatively small and are on the edge of a recreation ground.

The Seven Stars Inn, Alphington Road, Exeter
Built in the 1960s, but replacing an earlier inn with the same name; the former Seven Stars Inn had been destroyed by bombing in the Second World War and the licensee owned the plot of land where this inn was built, close to the then cattle market. http://www.exetermemories.co.uk/em/_pubs/seven_stars.php
