This was formerly Queen's Terrace and predates the construction of Marlborough Road as a link between Wonford Road and Magdalen Road. The six houses are all listed grade II

Semi detached villas in Wonford Road
This pair of houses is directly opposite a similar pair Image and they were formerly known as villas. This pair have plaster eagles on the roofline, and in the valley between, a plaster rabbit has been added. The rabbit does not appear in a photograph included in the Exeter Civic Society guidebook of 1982.
