Three Ash Cross
This three way road junction with its small green triangle of grass is where East Horner Lane which in parts is an ORPA leaves the minor road that runs along the west side of the valley of the River Yarty.

Three Ashes House Farm
The farm sign shows a horse and cart. It is close to the entrance to Three Ashes which is not a working farm but has a large equestrian outdoor school and several horse paddocks such as this one. the road is the minor road along the valley of the River yarty towards Kilmington.

A wet Waterhouse Lane
From the same point as Image, illustrating the point about the difficulty of following the lane (a route with public access) across this arm of the River Yarty. Might be worth trying in wellies after a long dry spell.

Oak by the Yarty
A view upstream from Waterhouse Lane, which has to cross the Yarty twice as the river divides in two here. Crossing the western arm at this point was out of the question, probably even in wellies.
