A very contemporary office building - the impressive headquarters of the ATASS Group. No doubt, the area of wasteland in front of the building is due for development in the near future.

Area for development. Exeter Business Park
This particular area seems to have been awaiting development for at least two and a half years - see Image - although one new building has gone up off to the left of the camera. In the background are slip roads to and from the northbound carriageway of the M5 at junction 29.

This recently built office building currently stands empty. There are vacant building plots close-by. It would take a brave developer to invest in the construction of more new buildings while completed buildings such as this one stand unoccupied.
