Fresh plaster and paint
Former Goosemoor farm buildings. Exeter Road.
On 21st December 2010 an articulated delivery lorry belonging to Waitrose lost control in the ice and snow coming down the hill and crashed into the building.
Whilst the building and lorry were damaged the driver escaped unhurt.
The supermarket however had a very late Christmas delivery.
Lorries that did their destination at Sidmouth then faced their own problems. See Image and Image

Footpath off the A3052
Situated at Goosemoor outside Newton Poppleford this path gives access to the RSPB Reserve at Aylesbeare Common.
A good place to view Dartford Warblers.

A sturdy structure on the main Exeter to Lyme Regis road.
Provides services for the local routes and the Jurassic Coast bus the X53.
