Former Goosemoor farm buildings. Exeter Road. On 21st December 2010 an articulated delivery lorry belonging to Waitrose lost control in the ice and snow coming down the hill and crashed into the building. Whilst the building and lorry were damaged the driver escaped unhurt. The supermarket however had a very late Christmas delivery. Lorries that did their destination at Sidmouth then faced their own problems. See Image and Image
