Cheshunt Public Library
The library was funded by the Andrew Carnegie Trust and opened in 1907. It included a School of Art, and every feature of the building was meticulously designed and crafted. The wings to the left and right were added in 1956. Cheshunt: postbox № EN8 76, College Road
This postbox is of the 1970 'Type G' square design and features two boxes sharing a common hood. It is painted gold to celebrate the gold medal won by Laura Trott at the London 2012 Olympics - she has two gold boxes marking her two gold medals. The postbox stands outside what was the post office until it recently moved around the corner.
