The A1(M) from St. Albans Road
Looking towards the roundabout that provides the intersection with the M25 and The A1081. Beyond the bridge carrying the roundabout the A1(M) becomes just the A1. South Mimms services are behind the trees on the left.

Lantern - South Mimms
The Lantern group are a vehicle recovery specialist and have a large depot sandwiched between South Mimms lorry park and the A1(M). This, however, is the depot for their rental fleet of grab lorries and vans. It is located beside Swanland Road.

Where Buses Once Ran
An abandoned bus stop on St. Albans Road. The 84 bus used to pass along here on its route between Barnet and St. Albans. Image shows the direct routing from Barnet to South Mimms on the destination blind. The 84 was rerouted via Potters Bar in September 1989.
