As the Hertsmere Neighbourhood inspector I managed three neighbourhood teams covering Borehamwood/ Elstree , Potters Bar/Shenley and Bushey/ Radlett . My teams are responsible for longer term problem solving with our partners within our communities/ towns, engaging with our communities to build up trust and confidence and tackling neighbourhood crime. I also manage the community safety unit in Hertsmere which deals with ASB , Licensing matters and hate crime.

Numerous young people have been given banning orders, preventing them from entering McDonalds for 6 months. Another young person has been issued with an Acceptable Behaviour Agreement. |
