Potters Bar from the air
Dancers Hill is at the bottom of the photo, south of the M25 and east of the A1 which join at Junction 23 which can be seen to the lower left corner.
The sharp eyed might notice another aircraft dead centre of the photo which was not evident at the time of taking.

Fence Blocking Wash Lane to Traffic
Wash lane was cut in two by the M25. You can get through on foot/bike. There is subway under the motorway.

Dancers Lane
'No vehicles except for access', the signs say. The exception would appear to be bicycles, as it is mapped as a 'Traffic free cycle route'.

Wash Lane path, anticlockwise M25
Path goes via tunnel under M25 then runs parallel to M25 (very close by!)

Puddle Polluted by Run-off From the M25
You can see the oily film on top of the puddle (and a couple of stray traffic cones). The soil here is obviously badly affected by the adjacent motorway.
