Old Milestone by the A1000, Great North Road, Pricklers Hill
Carved stone post by the A1000 (was A1), in parish of BARNET (BARNET District), Great North Road, Pricklers Hill, just South of Raydean Road, near Raydean House, on grass verge near pavement, on West side of road. Whetstone stone, erected by the Whetstone turnpike trust in the 20th century.

Raydean House
Home to various council departments including a Job Centre and Citizens Advice Bureau. Driving instructors can be found showing their students the Driving Test Centre that also resides here, even on a Sunday morning.

Phillips Furnishings
The junction of the A110, Station Road, with the A1000, Great North Road (On the right). Phillips reside in three units of the parade of shops as it curves around the corner.

Dinsdale Gardens and Greenhill Court
Viewed from the Great North Road. Greenhill Court recalls the estate that once existed in this part of Barnet. A lone cyclist speeds past - usually they travel in pelotons on a Sunday morning.

The Back of The Odeon
True to form, the back elevation of this cinema is as unattractive as the front is stylish Image
The graffiti artists have made good use of the roof to the back stairs to get their work nearly half way up the building, plucky little chaps.

Barnet Fire Station
On the A110 Station Road, the fire station was built in 1992, and replaced an earlier building constructed in 1901. The drill tower can be seen over the roof, and the ambulance service also have a presence here.
