New Barnet North Box
Signal box to the north of New Barnet station in 1976. Converted to Multi-Aspect Signalling from semaphore sometime in the 1960's the box survived in use until the Kings Cross Power signal box opened in 1977 as part of the electrification of the line. In 1976 the wires were already in place but would not be energised until 1978 when local electric services would start.
