This photo was taken less than 24 hours after the Branch closed permanently. No indications remain that this was a branch of HSBC. Close examination does reveal the words MIDLAND BANK above the windows. Compare Image and Image

Station Parade
The shops on both sides of Cockfosters Road sit on service roads such as this one. The large building on the corner was once a bank. At one time all of the ground floor windows were boarded up, so with two of them open again it looks like someone is moving in.
