Ancient Hedge with Modern Footpath, Worlds End Lane, London N21
On the left of the image you can see the Ancient Hedge, which used to have an unmade footpath beside it. Since the construction of the Highlands School, a new footpath has been made as you can see here, but the hedge, fortunately, has been preserved.

This new footpath runs beside an ancient hedge. There are a number of oak trees growing near this path, which are just coming into leaf.

Looking across to the south side of Lonsdale Drive, east of Boxer's Lake, there is still a fair amount of snow. Contrasting red leaves on the tree on the left - the green mark is caused by lens flare rather than an alien spacecraft.
