Lower Kenwood Avenue, Enfield
Looking north from the roundabout where South Lodge Drive crosses Kenwood Avenue and Lower Kenwood Avenue. The Japanese flowering cherry trees make a lovely display of blossom. These cherry trees more or less mark the boundary between the old Boroughs of Southgate and Enfield. The street planting was different in the two boroughs - Enfield had flowerbeds of shrubs, Southgate had grass and street trees.

Church view from London N14
Looking across the trees in the gardens of Kenwood Avenue from the green in Prince George Avenue opposite Kenwood Avenue, we have this view of St Mary Magdalene church on Windmill Hill, which is a landmark from wherever you stand. Looking at the trees, unless they are pruned this view won't exist for much longer.

The only roads that are gritted are the bus routes. Lower Kenwood Avenue as seen here has a small hail and ride bus to Enfield.
