Building with three dates, Peebles
This end building by the Cuddy (Eddleston Water) has three date plaques; 1736 (middle), Re-erected 1872 (top) and 1984 (bottom). The building originally housed a merchants business, later became the 'Virgin Inn', and within living memory was a café, before its present guise as a gallery, picture framing and artwork business.

Cuddy Bridge, Peebles
The west side of the bridge for the A72 over the Cuddy or Eddleston Water. It was rebuilt in 1984 using concrete beams to span the gap and the arched bridge walls maintain the original appearance. See also Image

Outside seating for Ramblers cafe, Peebles
Benches outside the Castle Warehouse Cookshop on the corner of Greenside and Old Town. The cafe entrance is around the corner.
Given the current pandemic restrictions, many cafes and restaurants are increasing their capacity with outdoor seating, though of course its attraction is dependent on the weather...
