Alexandra Trust dining rooms, EC1
I cannot seem to find out a lot about what the Alexandra Trust are or were, unless they were along the same lines as say Peabody, Lewis, Guinness, et al,
all to do with social housing mainly in London. The building is in City Road and looks empty, with a couple of dossers (not featured) in the doorway.

The Old Fountain, Peerless Street
This is the rear entrance of the pub: both it and the street (also Bath Street nearby) derive their names from Peerless (or Perilous) Pond which existed near here in the C18/19 and was London's first public swimming pool.
