I cannot seem to find out a lot about what the Alexandra Trust are or were, unless they were along the same lines as say Peabody, Lewis, Guinness, et al, all to do with social housing mainly in London. The building is in City Road and looks empty, with a couple of dossers (not featured) in the doorway.
