Forest Gate station at night
This station on the Great Eastern line was opened in 1840. The two southernmost platforms host stopping trains on the route out of Liverpool Street that has recently been rebranded as part of the Elizabeth Line (or Crossrail). It forms an effective interchange with the GOBLIN (Gospel Oak to Barking Line) at Wanstead Park station a few hundred metres away. Here is a late evening service to Liverpool Street.
