Shoreditch High Street
Showing the ex-North London Railway viaduct which has been out of use for many years, but will again be carrying passenger trains in less than three weeks from now, on the East London Extension.

Shoreditch: Cotton's Gardens
This narrow road, which at one time ran right through to Hackney Road, but is now a cul-de-sac, is lined with tall warehouses, some of which have been converted into apartments. The roof-mounted pulleys survive - possibly they are now used, Amsterdam-style, to transfer furniture into and out of the apartments.

Haggerston: 61 Hackney Road
This was a public house as originally built, probably about 1890, and named 'The Duke of Clarence'. It is at the junction of Hackney Road with Waterson Road. I am indebted to Brian Ward of New Zealand for this information.
