Three Mills Wall River, Stratford, London
A view from a spot immediately north of the Three Mills Residential Moorings facility. The cylindrical tower ahead (a.k.a. the Strand Tower East) - a hollow, latticed timber sculpture - is situated in the historic Dane's Yard area of Sugar House Island. Beyond it is Groves Bridge that carries the A118 through Stratford.

Sewage workers' memorial
This monument was erected in 2001 to replace the original which was 150 metres to the south. The statue shows one arm grasping another in a rescue attempt. Nearby Bisson Road is named after Daniel Bisson who built the House Mill in 1776.

Former chimney, Abbey Lane
The pumping station (Image]) originally boasted a pair of two hundred-foot towers which resembled minarets. They were destroyed in 1941 as a precaution against them being bombed and collapsing on the pumping station. Only the bases remain.
