Lawn with geese
A small area of maintained grass by Poplar Dock. The two geese here seemed to be playing a game of hide-and-seek with their young: the goslings seen in Image had run into the bushes in the foreground, and the parents knew that, but were still looking round as if to say "where are they hiding?".

Blackwall: Blackwall Basin
Blackwall Basin was formerly known as the West India Docks Basin. It was built between 1800 and 1802 to the designs of the engineer William Jessop, and was the first non-tidal basin in the Port of London. The surviving original quay walls and their coping stones are a Grade I Listed structure.
