Poplar Dock
Now home to many converted barges acting as houseboats. There are a couple of preserved cranes (seen here) and remote hydraulic accumulator towers to remind of the industrial past.

Poplar Dock
A small dock in east London. It connects to the Blackwall Basin of the West India Docks. It provides many mooring berths.

Blackwall: Poplar Dock
Poplar Dock was London's first railway dock when it opened in 1851, and belonged to various railway companies until it eventually closed in 1981. Today it is a marina with about 90 berths. In the background is the New Providence Wharf development.
