The Greenway crosses Upper Road
The former railway line now cycleway / footpath leads over the road towards Plaistow and onwards to Beckton.
It is also used by the Capital Ring (long distance path) from Hackney to Beckton.

Plaistow High St
The picture shows the junction of High St Plaistow and Upper Road. The shop on the corner indicates the changing ethnic mix here, it contains a Russian/Lithuanian delicatessen. The photo was taken looking southeast along the High St.
