Formerly an early C19th terrace, but now a block of flats. Two-bay houses in three storeys with very few embellishments.

300-334 Commercial Road
Part of the Mercers' Company early C19th developments. In common with most of the rest, a distinguishing feature of this terrace is the blank arches into which the first-floor windows are set. These two-bay houses also have balconies. Grade II listed.
