Not in the best of health
The 2 trees with a brownish tinge are Horse Chestnuts, most likely affected by the leaf miner moth.
There is also quite a bit of algae at this part of the ornamental waters, giving it an uncared for look.

Painted Pump House, Wanstead Park
Despite being a bit remote, this hut hasn't escaped the attentions of the graffiti merchants.
Marked as Pump House on the map, I would guess this contains sluice gear for the intake to Wanstead Park's ornamental lakes from the River Roding, seen on the left here.
